Do I need a visa?
There are various of countries that require a VISA to entry such as United States of America, Canada etc. However the EU & Schengen are introducing a new visa system to all non-EU countries.
Travelling to EU & Schengen Area
Citizens of certain non-EU countries must hold a short-stay visa when travelling to the Schengen area. You must submit your application to the consulate at least 15 days before your intended journeyand no earlier than 6 months beforehand.
You do not need a visa for short trips to the EU or countries in the Schengen area if both of the following apply:
-
you’re staying for 90 days or less in a 180-day period
-
you’re visiting as a tourist or for certain other reasons
You can travel to more than one country in a 180-day period. How long you can stay in each country depends on whether or not it’s in the Schengen area.
The countries in the Schengen area are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Your total stay in the Schengen area must be no more than 90 days in every 180 days. It does not matter how many countries you visit. The 180-day period keeps ‘rolling’.

By Plane
If travelling abroad to Europe or further afield, you may need to book yourself flights. We will try our best to keep you informed when these are released however it will be your responsibility to book flights. Once you have if you could provide us with your flight information we can arrange suitable airport transfers.
By Ferry
When booking your trip check if there is a ferry option. It may be a necessary travel option if travelling to place like the Isle of Wight etc. or it could be an alternative travel option instead of a plane or train. You will need to book a ferry, we are here to help you are unsure.
